here is a link to the SBA disaster loan.  So far, the process appears to be streamlined.  I believe my COO said funding up to $2M, 30 yrs @ 3.25% but that may improve.

the $350B in covered small business loan funding built into the stimulus package that was passed by the senate yesterday and will be passed by the House tomorrow does not need to be repaid if you use it towards approved expenses (payroll, rent, utilities, business expenses), so it’s more like a grant than a loan. My lender (Kevin Doyle at Wells) expects the app will go live mid to late next week. The covered small business loan program is likely a better fit for most small businesses.
