As a group of thousands of powerful, influential, resourceful and passionate women, we can do more. Aligned with each city's group vision, each year everyone votes for a collective initiative to tackle and accomplish by the end of the year. Some want to help disadvantaged women get settled and a job, others want to help 10 women get onto boards each year. It will be amazing to see what we can accomplish together. And GET SOME SHIT DONE!
With a group of 5,000 women growing faster each month we are tired of of talking about problems. Let's just do it by sharing opportunities. With one step at a time we will impact the Gender Gap in four key areas: Board seats, Executive Roles, Speaking Opportunities, and Investing in Women.
